The Pantheon

This building possess a great historical values, it was built upon direct orders commissioned by Marcus Agrippa himself, the great roman military leader, during the reign of Augustus the empire, and It was completed by the emperor Hadrian and probably dedicated about 126 AD, The building is circular with a portico of large granite Corinthian columns.

Since the 7th century, the Pantheon has been used as a church dedicated to "St. Mary and the Martyrs", And almost two thousand years after it was built, the Pantheon's dome is still the world's largest unreinforced concrete dome.


Trevi Fountain

Designed by Italian architect Nicola Salvi. Standing 26.3 meters (86 ft) high and 49.15 meters (161.3 ft) wide, it is the largest Baroque fountain in the city and one of the most famous fountains in the world. The fountain has appeared in several notable films.

The Ara Pacis
It is originally located on the northern outskirts of Rome, as an altar in Rome dedicated to Pax, the Roman goddess of Peace. The monument was commissioned by the Roman Senate on 13 BC to honor the return of Augustus the empire to Rome after three years in Hispania and Gaul.
